Refund Policy

At Damle’s ShubhMangal Marriage Bureau (“we,” “our,” “us”), we strive to provide the best matchmaking services. Before you proceed with registration or payments, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.


1. Registration Fees

  • All registration and membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Once a user profile is created and activated, we cannot process refunds, even if you discontinue using our services.


2. Premium / Paid Services

  • Payments made towards premium services (such as priority listings, profile promotion, or special events) are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Service charges are applied for the specific duration mentioned at the time of purchase.


3. Event & Program Fees

  • If you register for any of our offline or online events/workshops, cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the event date to receive a 50% refund.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.


4. Incorrect Transactions

  • In case of duplicate payment or technical error (such as double charge), please notify us within 7 working days with payment proof. After verification, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.


5. Service Termination by Us

  • If your membership is terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., misuse, fraudulent activity, or providing false information), you will not be eligible for any refund.


6. Mode of Refund

  • All refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment only.

  • Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
